 Dr.
Kern is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine
in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and she completed her postgraduate surgical
residency program at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric
Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, Fellow of the American
College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine, a member of the
American Podiatric Medical Association and the South Carolina Podiatric
